1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Agent17 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Agent17"), governing your access to and use of the Agent17 online gambling platform accessible at https://agent17.cam and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or accessing any part of the Agent17 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted documents include Malaysian MyKad, passport, and supporting proof of address or payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty-five times).
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which all balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are denominated on the Agent17 platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary account restriction tool allowing Player to temporarily or permanently restrict access to their Agent17 Account for responsible gambling purposes.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Agent17, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Agent17 is strictly an adult gambling platform. By registering, you confirm that you are aged21 or older. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Single account: You may only hold one active account on Agent17 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited.

5. Not a restricted person: You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close associate of Agent17 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and place wagers on Agent17, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

Upon successful registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Agent17 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

Agent17 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account not registered to you — are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and possible account suspension.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly.
• FPX bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes to credit.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon network confirmation.
• Agent17 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Agent17 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing unusually large deposits. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their Agent17 account subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

1. Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
2. All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
3. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
4. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit as determined by your account tier.
5. Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance or security reviews.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to players aged21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the offer is explicitly designated as a recurring promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate (often 10–20%), and certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet whilst a bonus is active is RM20 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winings.
• Agent17 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect any bonus already in active use by a player.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of arbitrage strategies, automated betting systems, or coordinated multi-account activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Agent17 are subject to the specific rules of the individual game or market. For sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC and other markets — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are void if a sporting event is cancelled and not replayed within 72 hours of the original scheduled time.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or server interruption during a game session, Agent17 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Agent17 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly eroneous odds resulting from a pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. Agent17 accepts no liability for delays in data transmission that may affect in-play bet acceptance.
• Casino game results are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Agent17 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or through misrepresentation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity or other financial crime.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any part of the platform, including games, the sportsbook, or customer support.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to our support team immediately.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Agent17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, Agent17 reserves the right to withold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, remaining verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Where a closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons, we will process this as a self-exclusion request and ensure re-marketing communications are suppressed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Agent17 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and page layout — is the property of Agent17 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Agent17 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of Agent17. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agent17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings, profits, or data.
• Interruption or suspension of service due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any decision made by a regulatory body, payment processor, or financial institution that affects your ability to deposit or withdraw.
• Any gambling losses incurred during use of the platform.

Agent17 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform at all times.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Agent17 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Agent17 regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account decision, the Player should first contact our Customer Support team to seek an informal resolution. Agent17 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for matters arising under these Terms. Malaysian players acknowledge and accept this provision by registering an account on the platform.
